I am a private chef, currently based in Amagansett New York.

I work with clients to create unique menus for every kind of event, from intimate dinners of 8, to weddings and cocktails parties of more than 150 guests.

I started my career at the Cleaver Company in NYC where I learned first hand the benefits of farm to table.

When working in Long Island, I source from with all the local organic farms in the East End of Long Island and I’m currently inspired by chef/ farmer Patty Gentry at Early Girl Farm in Brookhaven.  

I’m exceptionally fortunate to be able to source directly from her exquisite farm, picking my herbs and vegetables on site, by hand.

Working directly with the farms gives me the the ultimate palate to work with.  

At the height of the season, the flavor is incredible.  

You remember it and look forward to it.
